Because of the actions of a small handful of military members that can't seem to behave in a reasonable manner I am not allowed to enjoy the eating establishments, shopping centers, parks and (worst of all) Yen stores until further notice.

omg Heather we were in locked down once that that was during 9/11. we were also in the middle of a typhoon. It really sucked after the typhoon was over not to be able to go anywhere I feel your pain.
